Privacy and cookie notice

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with lm-bit.com is Łukasz Miedziński, a sole trader conducting business under the registered business name LM Łukasz Miedziński, entered in CEIDG, ul. Rąbieńska 47A/38, 94-244 Łódź, Poland, NIP 9472003335, REGON 387411737.

For privacy matters and data-subject requests, contact hello@lm-bit.com. The controller has not appointed a data protection officer. The confirmed scope of activity did not disclose an Article 37 GDPR condition requiring an appointment.

2. Data involved

The data involved depends on how you use the site:

• if you email the displayed address, we process the sender’s address, the correspondence and information supplied voluntarily;
• hosting may record technical access, error, email and security logs, including in particular an IP address, connection time, requested resource and browser or connection information;
• the browser locally stores the necessary record of the analytics decision;
• only after consent, Google Analytics stores optional cookies and processes the information described in section 6.

The site has no contact form, telephone number or automatic mailto: link. Please do not put personal data in URLs or query parameters.

3. Email correspondence

The public contact address is hello@lm-bit.com. The mailbox is used for enquiries, support, contracts, invoices, complaints and privacy requests.

Depending on the matter, the legal basis is:

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps requested before a contract by the individual who will be party to it, or performance of a contract with that individual;
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests in replying, managing B2B relationships and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims;
• Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with legal duties where the correspondence is relevant, for example to accounting records.

Closed ordinary enquiries are retained for 6 months. Correspondence from unsuccessful negotiations is retained for 12 months after they end. If a contract is concluded, only correspondence needed to perform the contract, comply with legal duties and cover applicable claims periods is retained. The whole mailbox is not kept indefinitely.

Email is hosted by dhosting.pl Sp. z o.o. as a processor under the data processing agreement dated 17 August 2026.

LM-BIT’s offer is solely for companies and entrepreneurs acting in connection with their businesses, not private consumers. This does not restrict statutory rights that may apply to individual entrepreneurs in particular circumstances.

4. Hosting and technical logs

The website and email use the Elastyczny Web Hosting plan supplied by dhosting.pl Sp. z o.o., ul. Pamiętna 14B/2, 02-972 Warsaw, KRS 0000336780, NIP 7010198361, REGON 141998822. The data processing agreement concluded on 17 August 2026 covers website/application hosting and electronic mail.

Technical data are processed to deliver the site and email, secure them, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. LM-BIT relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: its legitimate interest in making the site and communications available securely and reliably.

Logs follow the provider’s standard rolling rotation and ordinary service lifecycle. LM-BIT does not create a separate website-log archive. The Elastyczny Web Hosting documentation describes website and email recovery copies available for up to 7 days; this is a recovery window, not a statement of indefinite storage.

The DPA permits dhosting to use technical subcontractors only to deliver the service, imposes equivalent duties and keeps dhosting responsible for them. A transfer of entrusted data to a third country may take place on LM-BIT’s documented instruction or where the law applicable to dhosting requires it.

5. Necessary choice record

The site’s localStorage holds only:

• “necessary only” or “analytics accepted”;
• schema, policy and consent-mechanism versions;
• decision and expiry times;
• interface language.

The record contains no user identifier and is not sent to LM-BIT or Google. It is retained for 180 days from the decision so the choice can be applied without asking on every page. The 180-day duration is a project choice, not a period expressly imposed by law.

6. Optional Google Analytics 4

After “Accept analytics” is selected, the site directly enables Google Analytics 4 for measurement ID G-QL0M4DJCX8. Its sole purpose is basic, aggregate visit and site-structure usefulness statistics. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Articles 399-400 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.

After consent, the following may be processed:

• a random browser identifier in _ga and _ga_* cookies;
• the visited page path and title without query parameters;
• visit time, language, session and engagement information;
• general browser/device information and approximate region;
• automatic GA4 events including first_visit, page_view, session_start and user_engagement.

LM-BIT does not intentionally transmit a name, email address, telephone number, company name, correspondence or form values. The transmitted page address has its query removed and the analytics configuration does not send a referrer.

Enhanced Measurement, Google Signals, user-provided data, granular location/device data, advertising features and personalisation, User-ID, cross-domain measurement, custom events and dimensions, Measurement Protocol and product links are disabled or unused. Advertising consent signals always remain denied.

Without consent, Google code is not downloaded and no request, ping or consent state is sent to Google. Refusal does not restrict the site.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time under Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes _ga and _ga_* cookies accessible to the site. It does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

7. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Recipients may include dhosting.pl Sp. z o.o. for hosting and email and — only after consent — Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as the Google Analytics provider.

Google processes Analytics data under its Controller-Processor Data Protection Terms. It may use affiliates and subprocessors, including outside the EEA. Where applicable, transfers to participating US organisations may rely on the European Commission’s EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision; in other relevant situations Google describes the applicable Standard Contractual Clause modules and supplementary safeguards.

Current Google information:

• locations and subprocessors;
• advertising and analytics data transfers;
• how Google uses data from partner sites;
• Google privacy policy.

The terms, transfers and account settings were reviewed on 17 August 2026.

8. Retention

There are no GA4 exports or product links. If GA4 is discontinued, collection will stop immediately and the property will be moved to Trash within 30 days. Google currently states that a property in Trash is permanently deleted after 35 days.

9. Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Send requests to hello@lm-bit.com. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office; the UODO website explains the complaint procedure.

Supplying information by email is voluntary, but the matter may not be handled without information needed to reply. The site does not make decisions producing legal effects solely by automated means and does not use GA4 for marketing profiling.

10. Changes

A change to purpose, provider, data categories, transfers, retention or advertising use will create policy version 2.0, consent version analytics-v2 and a fresh choice before analytics starts. A minor editorial correction may use version 1.0.1 without asking again where it does not alter the consent scope.
